Today, Congressman Josh Brecheen voted in favor of H.R. 8282, The Illegitimate Court Counteraction Act. This legislation would impose sanctions on the International Criminal Court (ICC) and any foreign actor who supports its effort to arrest, detain, or prosecute protected persons of the United States and its allies, including Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant.

On Monday evening, Congressman Josh Brecheen (R-OK) returned from a bipartisan, bicameral congressional delegation (CODEL) to Turks and Caicos (TCI) where the members met with TCI government officials to discuss the five Americans being detained on the islands for inadvertently having ammunition in their luggage. If convicted, the Americans could each face a twelve-year minimum prison sentence.

Today, Congressman Josh Brecheen voted in favor of H.R. 7109 – The Equal Representation Act, which would ensure that a citizenship question is added to the census and that illegal aliens are not counted toward apportionment for congressional districts or the Electoral College.
