Washington, D.C. – Congressman Josh Brecheen issued the following statement after voting against the rule for H.R. 8034, H.R. 8035, H.R. 8036, and H.R. 8038—a $95 billion foreign aid package that will fail to secure our border. “The constituents of Oklahoma’s 2nd Congressional District are rightly demanding that we secure our own border before we secure the borders of foreign nations. I could not support this rule that will greenlight $60 billion for Ukraine without properly securing our border,” said Congressman Josh Brecheen. ### |
