Washington, D.C. – Congressman Josh Brecheen highlighted the Biden Administration’s abuse of the CBP One app during a House Homeland Security Subcommittee hearing entitled “Examining CBP One: Functions, Features, Expansion, and Risks.”

“The Biden Administration’s use of the CBP One app to covertly facilitate illegal immigration should be terrifying to anyone who values the rule of law and the security of their communities. Since Secretary Mayorkas’ decision to let aliens schedule border appointments with the app in 2023, over 95% of the 459,000 aliens who have arrived at a Port of Entry have been paroled and released into the country. The numbers don’t lie about the true purpose of this app,” said Congressman Josh Brecheen.
