Congressman Brecheen Votes to Protect Women’s Sports

Congressman Josh Brecheen voted in favor of H.J. Res. 165, which reverses the Biden Administration’s radical rewrite of Title IX.

Washington, D.C. – Congressman Josh Brecheen voted in favor of H.J. Res. 165, which reverses the Biden Administration’s radical rewrite of Title IX.

“The Biden Administration has moved so far to the left that they now want biological men competing in women’s sports. Today, we’re standing up to Democrats’ radical gender ideology and saying enough is enough,” said Congressman Josh Brecheen

Background:

In April, the Biden Administration issued a rule which threatens to destroy protections for women’s sports and puts women at risk by allowing transgendered athletes on women’s teams and in their locker rooms and bathrooms.

This resolution reverses the Biden rule so schools and educational institutions can continue to uphold the safety and educational and athletic opportunities of women and girls.
