Second Amendment

Congressman Brecheen is deeply concerned by ongoing efforts of elected officials and the Biden Administration to restrict firearm ownership. Our Founders rightly recognized the natural right to self-defense and its powerful check against tyranny. Congressman Brecheen will fulfill his oath to defend the Constitution, which states that “the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed.” Congressman Brecheen will always oppose any attempts to undermine the Second Amendment.
